We had a good night's sleep under our cozy, new quilt. I tried to get a photo that would show the quilting a little better. For some reason I'm just not capturing the light quite right. Darcie is going to post a photo at her blog, too. Maybe she'll be more successful at showing the quilting.
Now we're off to make our second attempt at sleeping under this quilt and see if it still works. Nighty-night!

You've bound it already?!?!? Are you sure you actually slept? I just sent it in what seems like hours ago!!!
I am sorry. We'll all have to wait for dear me to get my camera out from under a bunch of rubbish (a.k.a. fabric and papers and everything else that has to get up off of the floors so that I can stain and finish them. The floors that is, not the fabric and papers.)
Please be patient!!! I hope that I have some good ones to share! Your quilt does look lovely all lying there, resting. Gorgeous quilt, Carol...well done.
No, no, no! I didn't bind it yet! Peek at the bottom right of this picture and you'll see some of the batting poking out. I don't even have binding fabric in mind yet! Don't worry -- I'm human like the rest of you.
