More Barbie Clothes!

I got on a roll, making more Barbie clothes. It was sort of fun! I also ordered a few outfits from E-bay. I should have a decent number of outfits to share with kids for Christmas.

Next on my agenda is to make doll blankies. Again, the agency said they get lots of baby doll donations, but no blankies. Those will be fun! I might start with a small Barbie-size blanket and then move up to larger ones that won't be so putzy.

I love the giraffe on the dress. Your signature!! You are so wonderful creating things for others!

They are fiddly to make but will be so loved by the little girls who receive them as gifts. It will also make you appreciate your quilt-making more when one size fits most lol! At least that is what I have found after doing a lot of dressmaking.

Thanks, MaryK.. there are lots of people who do lots for others. I'm nothing extraordinary, but thanks.

Jan, that's one thing I love about quilting. Straight lines! I used to agonize over garment sewing, and then it never fit right anyway. What a waste! I love quilting.. a quilt always looks good and always fits!
