Walking to my Favorite Quilt Shop
I decided to keep a running total of how many miles I have walked since joining the Crafty Creative & Fit group. So far it is 17 miles. My favorite quilt shop, Aunt Annie's in Avon, Minnesota, is about 100 miles away. When I have walked 100 miles "to Aunt Annie's," I will have some sort of celebration. Don't know what it will be.. I'll think of something.
Thanks to hubby for taking me (by insistence) for a walk today, I walked about 1.5 miles. Too tired to do any more than that!

I LOVE the name of your blog! Your work is beautiful!
great idea to walk somewhere you love -- even if only emotionally :-)
Hi Carol, thanks for prompting me about the Train and your quilt *VBS* I got the pic posted tonight and will try to do better with keeping something on there. Hugs, Finn
P,S, Way to go on the 17 miles!!!
Hey great motivation! I have walked 6 miles this week..but I drove to work this morning! Hope you are having a good week...my computer crashed and I am crabby about that!
Carol, when you walk the 100 miles I think you deserve a trip to Aunt Annie's and a special BUY!
Brendalou is right. When you've walked 100 miles in total you deserve a trip to Aunt Annie's! (And a special purchase!)
I like your idea of walking a hundred miles to your favorite quilt shop. what a clever way to give yourself an incentive. :) maybe a trip there would be a great reward.
