Gorgeous at the Lake
Last weekend I went to the lake for our annual cousins reunion. We always meet at the cabin(s) and have a great time together. We read a book and discuss it and, of course, enjoy great food, laughs, conversation, and fun. It's such a beautiful time of year for a little break at the cabin. The lake was just gorgeous! Though it doesn't show well in this picture, the leaves were starting to turn, more than they are around here (it's further north). Wish I could have stayed several more days!
As for my walking progress, I'll admit, I did my usual... started an exercise program and then sabotaged myself (stopped walking and started eating). Today I got back on track and walked about 1.5 miles. It felt great. Wish me luck on keeping it up (again).

How peaceful! Glad you took the time to enjoy family and fun.
Keep up the good work.
Good for you to get in your walk today. I have been sabotaging myself lately...I can relate. I hope to be back on track tomorrow!! Wendy www.therunningquilter.blogspot.com
Sounds like a great getaway! How lovely!
Good luck with your back on track stuff! Don't worry too much about the days you don't do so great. Every day you walk it is something good for you, regardless of what happened the day before, or will happen the day after. I see many walking days from dropping in. You're doing GREAT!!!!! :) Keep it up!
